AFA Inspire Masterclass
Adelaide | Perth | Melbourne | Sydney | Brisbane
Your Invitation
AFA Inspire is all about enabling women in financial services to lead. With more women in our industry and a better representation of women in senior roles, we will be better able to help Australian women access advice.
The trick is: this is not a women’s problem. We need everyone in our community to get on board to create positive, inclusive workplaces and encourage more women into the advice profession.
Which is why you must not miss this year’s Masterclass.
You will hear from Dr Jennifer Whelan, Founding Director of Psynapse Psychometrics, who will deliver a tailored and practical workshop which presents the case for diversity and inclusion in today’s disruptive and challenging environment and how you can understand the impact of your leadership shadow in managing and driving the change you want to see.
And, you’ll have a chance to meet 2018 Female Excellence in Advice winner, Donna Lee Powell who will highlight her Female Excellence in Advice Award journey and why sharing your truth is critical in building a compelling value proposition for your business.
Our Inspire Masterclass features as an additional event following the AFA National Roadshow, to be held around the country from 29 May to 6 June. And we encourage all people engaged in advice to come along - men and women, advice and product teams.
I hope you can join us.
